Founder of Communities Care

In 2017, when Nebiyou Timotewos and his family arrived in Canada, they spent seven months in a shelter, where the community came to their rescue, providing essential support. Now, seven years later, Nebiyou has initiated a project to give back to the community that once helped him. In a world grappling with inflation and survival challenges, 21% of global parents report their children going to bed hungry in the last month, impacting education significantly.

Recognizing these challenges, Nebiyou introduces "Communites Care," A youth-led initiative, dedicated to empowering young individuals through care packages, workshops, and diverse initiatives. The Community Drive, scheduled for March in the GTA area, will provide care packages containing essential items to underprivileged youth, empowering them to navigate life confidently. Join us in this collective effort to pay it forward and invest in our community's well-being. Specific dates and locations for the drive will be disclosed shortly.
